All items are hand carved from local wood here in New Orleans. We have trees come down often and these are what I collect,cutting and drying the wood so it can be used for functional items safe for use with food.

Cutting boards made from various local wood black locust, cherry, maple, magnolia, holly, walnut, pecan, oak 12"-16" .
Butcher block- pecan, cherry, maple 16x19 and various sizes.
Muddlers- pecan, magnolia, sweet gum 10"-13"
Muddlers are used for making cocktails like mojitos to crush the mint.
